The Smiles for Terri Memorial Fund is a non-profit corporation created to raise awareness for organ donation and to benefit transplant related charities. The fund will acquire and distribute resources that promote a deeper understanding of organ donation and enrich the lives of those affected by organ dysfunction.

Registration begins at 12:00pm with a shotgun start at 1:00pm. Cost $100.00 per golfer.
For the non-golfer there will be a banquet dinner seating for 100 people. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres at 4:00pm with dinner served at 5:00pm. Cost $50.00 per plate.

Various prizes and giveaways will be available to all golfers, and a silent auction will be held throughout the day.
