Due to the nature of the transplant process a referral is not a reservation and we cannot guarantee a room to a family prior to their requested arrival date.

Due to the uncertainty of the length of the transplant process and the length of time families may need to stay with us, we only know room availability on a daily basis and are regrettably unable to accommodate all of the referrals we receive. Once you are referred, it is required that you contact the Family House between 11am and 1pm on the day of your requested check-in date to determine whether there is an available room.

In the occurrence there is no room availability, we can assist in finding you alternative lodging facilities that may provide discounted daily room rates. We encourage you to make other lodging arrangements as we cannot guarantee we will have a room available.

Please read through some of the following information to gain a better understanding of how the Family House can provide you with support through your transplant journey.
